


Every year, Ad2 Orlando’s Public Service Commitee selects a local non-profit organization to create and deploy an advertising campaign for. This year Ad2 selected Pet Rescue By Judy, a no-kill animal shelter located in Central Florida. PRBJ, is an almost all volunteer organization with the noble goal of caring for, fostering and ultimately finding a home for all of it’s four-legged friends. As with many non-profits, funding was the primary issue for PRBJ. With the recession hitting households hard, many people couldn’t afford to keep their pets and either surrendered them to PRBJ or abandoned them. PRBJ needed a campaign that would compel folks to contribute financially or dontate materials and time.
The Ad2 Campaign centered around “finding that missing part of your family”. Our role included designing and deploying a site that married with the print and outdoor media and also provided a platform to purchase tickets to the “Black Ties for Bones” Gala fundraiser. Additionally we produced a :30sec spot for broadcast and a longer version for web-based distribution, that had additional details about the gala fundraiser being thrown for PRBJ.
